Import Permit
(Note: Not all mechanical and electrical products are required to provide, subject to customs classification code; Customs supervision conditions that O's)
The imports machinery and electronic products by online application and online approval.
1, the general area of ordinary products Electrical permit process:
Processing time is 4-5 working days (the central part of the product approval, Beijing handled);
Local issuing automatic import licensing products and online within two working days after receipt to respond;
The old mechanical and electrical products need to reply within 10 working days.
2, Electrical Products permit bidding:
The processing time for 1-3 months;
Generally less than USD13 million / single bed can be free tender;
Generally greater than USD13 million / single station must apply for mandatory tender;
Free products must go through the tender by the end user application, and provide guarantees to ensure their own use do not do marketing;
Note: Electrical permits valid: the date of issue for 6 months, no later than December 31 year lapse, can use up to 6 times.
2. Need to Files.
1), imports of machinery and electronic products for the report (the report should be in clear detail the basic situation of enterprises, import reasons);
2), Mechanical and Electrical Products Import application form in duplicate (if the Schedule to provide the corresponding number of copies);
3), copy of business license;
4), commissioned by others for import applications should provide a power of attorney;
